Be part of the Green Economy Coaition Global Meeting. Entitled Code red for people and planet: Top solutions for scaling a green and fair COVID recovery, it will be for 2 hours each day online, from 29th November – 3rd December online.

The global recovery from COVID-19 is only just beginning and offers unique opportunity to fast-track inclusive economic policy that could protect nature and people. The solutions already exist, but they will only reach scale if we work together and hold decision makers to account.

GEC members all work at the frontline of economic transformation. Post COP26, together we will assess the status of the global recovery agenda, share evidence of what is working in different locations, and decide on shared interventions to scale a green and fair recovery. Over the week we will define a shared manifesto on the top solutions to move from stimulus to reform in order to accelerate an inclusive green COVID-19 recovery.

BERNARD CRABBE, Team Leader of the environment mainstreaming & circular economy sector at the European Commission, Directorate General for International Partnerships (INTPA.F2) will speak on November 29.
